We currently offer shipping services to addresses within Malaysia. We are constantly working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve customers in more regions in the future.


Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, our team will process and prepare it for shipment within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.


Shipping Time:

Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Please note, these are estimated shipping times, and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen delays. 

You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 1–2 days for processing time before tracking your package. You could also contact us via email for help.


Pre-order Orders:

All Pre-order Items will take 1-2 months to arrive.

Tracking Your Order:

You can track your order’s journey using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any concerns or questions about your order’s status, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Need Help with Your Delivery?

Just a heads-up, if your first delivery attempt doesn't go through, there might be a small fee for sending it again. Don't worry about parcels lost or damaged in transit due to courier issues—we're on it, but just so you know, refunds aren't available for these situations.
